Product-Specific Return & Refund Terms

1. DIY Kits (Full Kits)
• Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned kit is received by our team.

  • All components are verified to be intact and undamaged.
    • If any parts are missing or damaged, refunds may be declined or adjusted accordingly.

2. ESCs (Electronic Speed Controllers)
• Returns accepted within 7 days, subject to a conditional refund.
• ESCs are sensitive components. If connected to a power supply exceeding their rated input, they may suffer internal damage that is not externally visible.
• All ESCs undergo a thorough quality check prior to shipping to ensure proper functionality.
• Refunds will only be processed after detailed testing of the returned item.
• No refund will be issued if the ESC is found to be damaged due to over-voltage, reverse polarity, or incorrect usage.

3. Motors, Frames, and Mechanical Parts
• Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed after a quality check at our facility confirms the item is undamaged, unmodified, and untampered.

4. Electronic Components
• Non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Due to their sensitivity and potential for misuse or damage, we do not accept returns on these items.

General Quality Assurance
All items are dispatched following a comprehensive quality check to ensure they are in perfect condition. We do not ship damaged products.


Refund Timeline
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing of your refund.


How to Request a Return

  2. Alternatively, you may email us at bydroidqueries@gmail.com (response times may vary).

  3. We will provide the return shipping address and any additional instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Additional Notes
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing photos or video.
• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Incomplete returns (missing parts/accessories)

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
